How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, and usually a lot sooner on WhatsApp. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00–22:00 and Saturday 10:00–18:00, West Africa Time.
Does the first call cost anything?
No. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. If your situation needs a deeper technical audit before we can quote accurately, we will tell you what that involves and what it costs before starting it — never after.
What should I include in my first message?
What you sell, who you sell it to, and what is not working right now. If you already have a website, ad account or mailing list, say so and send the link. That is usually enough for a useful first reply.
Do you work with businesses outside Cameroon?
Yes. We work with Cameroonian business owners in the diaspora and with clients elsewhere. Almost everything runs remotely, so distance is rarely the constraint — time zones occasionally are, and we will say so up front.
Can we talk in French?
Yes. Calls, written scopes, copy and reporting are all available in French as well as English.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, by appointment. We are at Fako Bakeri, New Town, Limbe. Message or call first so someone is there to meet you rather than out on a client site.
